The regular meeting of the Newbury Township Board of Trustees scheduled for March 18th will be moved to March 13th. It will still be held at the Newbury Twp Fire Station but will now start at 5pm.

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPLICATION FOR: Home Occupation
NEWBURY TOWNSHIP, GEAUGA COUNTY, OHIO

The Newbury Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an
application, identified as number BZA-2026-10 for a Class II Home Occupation

This will be held on March 31, 2026 starting at 7:00 pm. at the Newbury Fire Station located at:
11111 Kinsman Rd. • Newbury, OH 44065

The application is BZA-2026-10 submitted by James Holden of 15160 Auburn Rd Newbury, Ohio 44065
requesting a Home Occupation for gun repair and sales.

Persons affected or wishing to comment may speak for or against either in person or by an
attorney at said hearing.

Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
Are held on Tuesdays at 7:00PM at the Newbury Fire Department, if there is something for the agenda.

Zoning Commission Meeting
Are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM at Newbury Township Hall.  

Park Board Meeting
Are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:30PM at Newbury Township Hall.
